About

I build AI systems, and I teach people to use them

I'm Warigo Nganga, the founder of CrewStack. I have trained 200+ people in live applied AI sessions, in rooms of 50 to 60 at a time, and I have built voice agents, lead follow-up and back office automations for small businesses.

Before CrewStack I spent 15+ years leading enterprise software rollouts for customers including Walmart, Microsoft, HP and Roblox. That work was change management, which means training large groups of people and helping executives make the call, and it is why my training starts with how your people work and not with the tool.
